SERVICE GUARANTEE POLICY

Because your happiness and well-being are our top priority, we offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed. 
If anything is ever not quite up to your standards, just let us know and we will be happy to re-clean free of charge. We only ever want happy customers, and we’ll do everything in our power to make sure YOU ARE one of them.
 
After the service, we ask you to perform the mandatory inspection with our cleaning team. 
As a guideline, please use our cleaning checklist during the walk-through. 
If you are not 100% satisfied with the work performed, our teams are happy to re-clean any missed areas per your request, free of charge, at the time of service. 
 
Note to INSPECT CAREFULLY: 
After you’ve done the walk-through, our services are complete. 
Any additional services will be charged accordingly. 
In the event that clients are unable to do a walk-through due to not being home, or choose not to perform the walk-through inspection, our 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED will be considered null and void. 
Pro Tip!: For a move-out cleaning, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND you invite your landlord to the walk-through inspection with the cleaners. 

To be able to best meet your expectations, you can also send us a cleaning checklist from the landlord prior to your service appointment.

REFUNDS

Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with our services! We offer a Guarantee on all our services, if a task was not completed to your satisfaction or was missed during our visit simply contact the office and we will return to your home and re-clean the area or task with which you were dissatisfied at no additional cost to you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, this means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subjected to a rebooking fee of $65.

LOCK OUTS

A lock-out fee of $65 will be assessed in the event that our cleaning associate(s) arrive and are unable to access the premises despite the reason.

UNABLE TO PERFORM THE WORK DUE TO NO WATER OR POWER

It is important to note that in such cases, we will still be able to provide cleaning services, but we cannot guarantee the results as will not be able to use our usual cleaning equipment and products, which may impact the quality of the cleaning service.
If you decide to reschedule the cleaning service we kindly request that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a rescheduling fee of $65.

1-2 HOUR ARRIVAL WINDOW

We always do our best to show up on time, however, we ask that customers please allow us a 1–2-hour window to account for traffic, parking, and any other unexpected surprises that may show up along the way.



SAFETY POLICIES


Lifting & Climbing

Our employees are very important to us, and we are determined to keep them safe, for liability reasons and their safety they do not climb higher than a 3ft 2-step ladder, move or lift items heavier than 20 lbs,
 
Moving Large Appliances

We’re happy to clean around or underneath your large appliances and furniture. However, due to liability reasons, our cleaning crew will not be able to move them. If you’d like us to do this, we kindly ask that you please move large appliances for us.
 
Broken Items

 

At our cleaning service, we take great care in ensuring your home is sparkling clean. However, as we move and clean items that are typically untouched, accidents can sometimes occur, resulting in broken items. We kindly request that you inform us of any belongings that hold sentimental or monetary value so that we can exercise extra caution when handling them. In the event that an item is accidentally broken, we will make every effort to replace it or compensate you accordingly. Please understand that due to the nature of our work involving extensive handling of household items, we are more susceptible to accidents, but rest assured, we will do our best to make it right.

 

Client Safety Policy

 

At Everything Clean Services, the safety and well-being of our clients are our top priorities. To ensure a safe environment during our cleaning services, we kindly request clients to be mindful of their surroundings and take precautions to avoid accidents. This includes being cautious of potential hazards such as tripping over cords or equipment, as well as slipping on wet floors. To minimize the risk of accidents, we recommend clients consider scheduling their cleaning when they are not home, or away from the area being cleaned or moving to a different part of the house temporarily.
